Each video begins with 8 beats of a metronome “click”, set to 80 (quarter note). Every exercise is written in 4/4 time. Each video includes 10 different measures of rhythm, each played 3 times with a measure of rest between them.

The levels include:

• Level ONE: Quarter Notes, Half Notes, Whole Notes

• Level TWO: Eighth Notes, Quarter Notes, and Half Notes

• Level THREE: Sixteenth Notes, Eighth Notes, Quarter Notes, Half Notes
